These terms apply to the use of Meadowfield's website and the pharmacy services we provide in person and online.

Pharmacy services

All pharmacy services are provided under the direct supervision of our superintendent pharmacist, Imran Patel, GPhC 2087654.

Bookings and cancellations

Private appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee at the pharmacist's discretion.

Prescriptions

We dispense NHS prescriptions strictly in accordance with NHS England guidance. Private prescriptions are dispensed only against a valid signed prescription.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
