About Meadowfield
Meadowfield is a family-run pharmacy on 12 Elder Lane in Notting Hill. We have grown with the neighbourhood without losing the warmth that brought patients in to begin with.
Our story
Built on long appointments and longer conversations
Imran Patel founded Meadowfield with a clear idea: a community pharmacy does not have to feel rushed. From day one, every consultation was booked into a proper private room, and every member of the team had time to explain.
Today we offer NHS and private services, run a same-day Pharmacy First clinic, and look after patients across Notting Hill and the wider London area. The shopfront is still the same forest green.
Imran's daughter Layla joined the team as a pre-registration pharmacist, making Meadowfield a second-generation family pharmacy.
