Understanding repeat prescriptions and digital ordering
How nomination works, what changes when you switch pharmacies, and why digital ordering means fewer trips into the shop.

Nominating Meadowfield as your pharmacy is the single most useful thing you can do to make your medicines easier. Once you have nominated us, through the NHS App, your GP, or directly in store, your repeat prescriptions arrive with us electronically every time.
How nomination works
You do not need to leave anywhere. Your existing pharmacy keeps any unfulfilled prescriptions, and from your next request, your GP automatically routes it to us instead. It usually takes a few hours to switch over.
